There are four Management Components to every business and they must be optimized and work together in order to produce a profitable company. Brio Consulting Partners’ key services are summarized under the following four Components:
 

  • FINANCIAL SYSTEMS — cash flow, debt management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, overhead, and many more financial parameters.
     

  • MARKETING and SALES — sales budget, sales plan, customer service, advertising and promotion, and other pertinent marketing and sales information.
     

  • ORGANIZATION DESIGN — wage structure, employee records, job descriptions, safety programs, evaluation procedures, employee benefits, etc.
     

  • OPERATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY — process, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, information systems, work documentation, and a number of other factors.


Our Key Services Result in a Broad Array of Products Customized for Your Business

Brio Consulting Partners, LLC, has six core products available for you and your business. These products are customized for your business and based upon your need. You choose the solution best fits your situation and budget. These five core products are as follows:
  • A BUSINESS EVALUATION — Our initial role is to come into your business and perform an evaluation. Think of us as “business doctors” performing a physical exam on your business. If you were ill, your physician would not treat you without a diagnosis. The same is true with our process. We do that by evaluating the Four Management Components of your business.
     
  • A BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT PLAN — a customized Plan that addresses what you and your company need in order to maximize the value of your company. The Plan provides you with management system recommendations that will enable you to proactively address business issues by the use of forecasting, planning and assigning, implementation and follow-up, reporting and information review.
     
  • A BUSINESS SOLUTION — The Business Solution is the execution of the Business Improvement Plan. A Client may pick all, some, or none of the elements of the Plan. Plan implementation is determined by joint agreement between the Client and the Consultant. The actual project can be conducted entirely onsite or a combination of onsite and offsite activities. Management training and coaching is the largest component of each element.
     
  • IMPLEMENTATION EFFECTIVENESS PROGRAM — The main and hardest to achieve objectives of any project are behavioral change and full implementation of the Plan. Upon completion of a project, it is our policy to recommend follow-up or “recall visits” with the Client. The “recall visits” should be scheduled at periodic intervals to re-evaluate and reinforce the business moving in a positive direction through the reinforcement of the desired behavioral changes and full Plan implementation.
     
  • BUSINESS TOOLS — Brief “Brio Papers” addressing specific business needs and suggestions and a quarterly electronic newsletter named “e-Brio.”
     
  • INTERIM MANAGEMENT SERVICES — This allows you to engage a consultant in a management role for an extended period of service (less than one year) without offering full-time employment. We will also help you identify, hire and train a permanent replacement manager.
