Partners is a business management consulting company dedicated to

– Monitoring and managing the money that is coming into and out of
the company is key.
- PROFIT
– Cash flow (money in the bank) does not mean you are
profitable. Profit is what YOU keep AFTER everybody else has
been paid.
- EASE OF
OPERATION – How effectively and efficiently a company runs
is based upon company protocols and procedures, employees
knowing their roles and responsibilities, level of authority,
and accountability. The owner who cannot take time away from the
business because he or she is afraid of what might happen, has
no ease of operation.
- FUN FACTOR
– You should enjoy coming to work and enjoy what you do. If that
is not the case, then something is terribly wrong. Although
running a business may be stressful and lonely, you need to have
some fun. Be it less stress, more time off … there has to be a
Fun Factor.
